3. Service Information
The service descriptions, starting prices, deliverables, and timelines shown on this website are provided for general information only.
Final scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities will be confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, agreement, or project confirmation.
Starting prices do not guarantee that every project will qualify for the lowest price. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, content readiness, feature requirements, integrations, revisions, timeline, and handover needs.
4. Project Scope
Each project must have an agreed scope before work begins.
The scope may include items such as:
Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
- project goals
- deliverables
- page count or screen count
- brand or website requirements
- content responsibilities
- revision rounds
- timeline
- payment schedule
- handover format
- maintenance or support terms
5. Client Responsibilities
To complete a project properly, the client is responsible for providing:
Delays in providing materials, feedback, approval, or payment may affect the project timeline.
- accurate business and project information
- timely feedback and approvals
- required brand assets, content, references, images, and access details
- legal rights to any materials provided to Fedrix Studio
- clear decision-making from authorized stakeholders
- payment according to the agreed schedule
6. Proposals and Quotations
Proposals and quotations are valid only for the period stated in the proposal or quotation.
If no validity period is stated, the proposal or quotation is valid for 14 calendar days from the issue date.
Fedrix Studio may revise the proposal or quotation if the scope, timeline, deliverables, or requirements change.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
A project may require a deposit or upfront payment before work begins. Work may be paused if payment is late or incomplete.
Clarity Review, digital products, and small add-ons usually require full payment upfront. Strategy, identity, website, launch system, and custom system projects use milestone payments according to the approved scope.
Work starts after the first payment is received. Final files, deployment handover, or ownership transfer are delivered after final payment is completed.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, transaction fees, platform fees, hosting fees, domain fees, plugin fees, stock assets, fonts, third-party tools, or other external costs unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. Revisions
Revision rounds are limited to the number stated in the agreed project scope.
A revision means an adjustment to existing agreed direction, not a complete change of concept, strategy, structure, or deliverable.
Requests outside the agreed revision rounds or outside the approved direction may be treated as additional work and may require extra fees.
9. Timeline
Project timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Timelines may change due to:
- delayed feedback or approval
- delayed content or asset delivery
- scope changes
- additional revision requests
- third-party tool issues
- hosting, domain, or platform delays
- technical limitations outside Fedrix Studio's control

12. Website and Code Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, custom backend systems, admin dashboards, payment integrations, user accounts, automation, maintenance, server management, and advanced security configuration are not included in standard website launch services and must be scoped separately.
13. Third-Party Tools, Fonts, Assets, and Platforms
Projects may use third-party tools, libraries, fonts, stock assets, hosting providers, domains, analytics tools, plugins, payment gateways, or external platforms.
The client is responsible for third-party fees unless otherwise agreed.

14. Hosting, Domain, and Maintenance
Website hosting, domain renewal, email hosting, plugin renewal, platform subscription, and server maintenance are not included unless specifically stated in the project scope.
After handover, the client is responsible for maintaining access, renewals, backups, updates, content changes, and security unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is active.
15. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fedrix Studio may display completed or selected project work in its portfolio, website, case studies, social media, proposals, or marketing materials.
Fedrix Studio will not intentionally publish confidential credentials, sensitive business information, private internal documents, or unpublished strategic information without permission.
